1. Writing exercise

With this technique, you’re setting for yourself clear goals of what you want to achieve and allowing your subconscious mind to take in those goals and orient every choice and decision you make toward achieving it. Writing down a list of the things you want to achieve in the present tense as if you already have them or achieved them. Dare to dream big, no matter how impossible the goal is, and every time you can think of another goal, add it to that list. You might review the list every day, or you might also forget about it once you’ve written it.



2. Live “as if”

5. Feeling it

Whatever you want to achieve and you can imagine in your head, don’t let it just sit there, feel it in your heart. If you want a new house, visualize it in your head, but especially feel the excitement of living there. Imagine what it would feel like to achieve that goal and feel it.



6. Gratitude

Feeling grateful fills you with positivity which improves your vibrational state and allows more to come in. if you’re single and you see a couple in love, be grateful for the love that exists in this universe.



7. The mirror exercise

This is a very powerful tool that pays off so fast. It consists of looking into your eyes in the mirror and talking to yourself in a positive way such as saying “I love you” or any other affirmations, the more you repeat it, the more you’ll believe it and you’ll fill your inner self with positivity.
