4. Gardening

Gardening is a great way to save money on herbs that you cook with, but it’s also a great way to reduce your stress especially if you love it. You don’t have to have a big garden to enjoy this activity, some pots can be enough.

8. Taking a class

Learning shouldn’t stop at school, it is a lifetime activity. Whatever is the area you’re learning in, improvement can be seen immediately. No time spent learning is ever wasted, quite the opposite by learning new ways to do things, you’re saving so much time that otherwise could’ve been wasted by unproductivity.

9. Volunteering

People who volunteer are getting more out of it than just an altruistic feeling. Helping others has been proven to boost your mood and increase your self-esteem, it’s also a great way to put your mind off your problems for a while. Usually, these problems are self-created and that don’t need an action to be taking on.
