However, spending hours in front of TV can take a major toll on your physical and emotional health such as weight gain, increased risk of cardiovascular disease, unhappiness.



And in order to cut back on TV time, you need to add some constructive activities and habits, the following are some examples of things you can do instead of watching TV:
