7 Ways To Work Smarter, Not Harder

As long as you're working, you'll be learning and figuring out new ways to do the things you do. You can never say that you finally found the perfect way, there's no perfect way, there's always a better way to do it. Below are some ways to help you improve your ways and be more productive:

1- Practice more:

Do it so much that it becomes something you don't need to think about how to do it. For example, keep writing until you don't need to think about what you're going to write. It's not about how much talented or smart you are, it's about how much you have practiced it.

2- Start with the easiest:

If you want to do your to-do list start with the easiest, it's always much comfortable to have two or three items left than to have nine or ten! I've been told that you need to start with the hardest item, maybe to not lose your energy on the easy stuff, but it did never worked for me.

3- Work even harder: 

The harder you work, the luckier you become! make the effort, it wouldn't be wasted, everything pays, sooner or later. We love to work when we feel like it, but if you want to make the success, you got to work when you feel like it and when you don't.

4- Find out your golden hour: 

They may tell you that you need to take advantage of your a.m hours, but sometimes night or any other time might be your golden hour when you're most productive.

5- Set goals:

Set goals that you're really excited about, then take action on it. Set your intentions for the week ahead. People who plan, achieve.

6- Give up excuses:

Focus on all the reasons why you must make it happen. Instead of complaining about your circumstances, get busy and create some new ones.

7- Don't compare your progress with that of others: 

We all need our own time to travel our own distance. Even the greatest was once a beginner. Don’t be afraid to take that first step.
