We can't predict the future, and by nature we fear the unknown. And as we age and take over more responsibilities, life will become even more stressing.

The problem isn't about stressing, since it's a normal feeling, but the problem is what we do when we feel so, or what we don't do, better said, because often people block in front of stressful situations, all they do is waiting until that situation pass, thinking that they'll embrace peace again, but the truth is that it never stop. So instead of waiting why don't we learn how to deal with stress, below are some ways to help you manage better your stress:
1- Admit it:
Stressing is a normal reaction, everyone stress, and it's not something to be ashamed of! yes we stress, but we can do a lot about it. So take your full responsibility and admit it, it's your first step to find solutions to deal with.
2- Keep yourself busy:
When there's nothing left to do, don't over think about it, work on something else, communicate with people, but don't get into the drama and imagine the worst scriptures. The greatest weapon against stress, is our ability to choose one thought over another.
3- Never wait for it to pass:
We often wait for stressful things to pass, a work or exams to end, but then you'll get empty after it, because now you have no plans, since all your plan was waiting. So instead of waiting time to pass, do something while!! don't wait anything! just enjoy your time. Life is happening right now. If you're waiting for the next moment, what happen to the moment you're living right now?
4- A walk in nature and looking to the sea is always relaxing!
There will be a lot of stress moments in your life, you'll feel uncomfortable, and not in mood to do anything worthy like working on your dreams, or doing things you had to do, in such moments you need to learn how live with the "uncomfortable" feeling instead of staying there and waiting it to pass, do something while!
5- Get motivated:
Never get tired from reminding yourself to stay strong, to stop worrying and that what so ever is going to happen, you can handle its outcomes, you can take your own responsibility and you have the right to make mistakes. After all it doesn't matter how strong you've been, it doesn't matter how you felt, the pain, the disappointments, what does is that you didn't get backward, you stood there even if it hurts.
6- Get excited:
Whenever you're stressed think about anything that can be exciting where ever you are, you sure can find something to be excited about, your imagination can create anything! for example when you're in crowd, think about how exciting to socialize. This works for me whenever I felt uncomfortable I would think about anything exciting in that situation.
