6 Things To Stop And Start Doing For The Change You Need







In order to change, you need either to start doing something or to stop doing something below is a list of things to stop and other things to start doing:

Stop:


1- Stop letting negativity win: You can’t live a positive life when you constantly reinforce your negative beliefs, don’t hold yourself back.


2- Stop wasting your days: You might not be able to do everything, but you can do something, make that thing worth doing.


3- Stop holding on to regrets: When you get the chance for a new beginning take it.


4- Stop waiting for the opportunities: You are the maker of the opportunities and only you can make your dreams come true.


5- Stop wasting your time and energy regretting something you’ve done or wishing that things could be different.


6- Stop allowing others to decide your dreams: Decide for yourself, don’t let others decide what’s important in your world.





Start:


1- Start living your life and forget your age: 
Do not regret growing older; it is a privilege denied to many.


2- Start putting your fears behind you and your dreams in front of you: Don't let your fear hold you from doing what you have to do, no matter how scared you are, do it anyway. Then let your dreams lead your way.


3- Start believing in yourself: You are valuable and irreplaceable. If you are ever told otherwise, do not believe it. Trust yourself. Create the kind of self that you will be happy to live with all your life.


4- Start loving your parents: We are so busy growing up, we often forget they are also growing old.



5- Start helping people whenever you had the chance to: Learn to do favours not for the people that can later return the favour but for those that need the favour. Tell someone they matter. Those who are happiest are those who do the most for others.


6- Start creating your own happiness: A happy person is not a person in a certain set of circumstances, but rather a person with a certain set of attitudes.
